"Katie's Meadow"
Judy sent along these photos from her recent walk with Michelle, Kayla, and Hannah through the part of Sun Lake Forest Preserve, in Antioch, IL, where we scattered Katie's ashes. My mom called that area "Katie's Meadow," and it's a nice way to think of it. Here is a history of the preserve.

I love going on walks around there. It is like she is walking with us, throughout the whole preserve. It is peaceful and joyful. =]
Wonderful photos John, in this posting and in the last several.
I've been lamenting the fact that we don't have any photos of Katie that I could send you for posting. So instead I stop in from time to time to take comfort in the photos that others have treasured.
